SHIPPING
At Keto, we offer free express shipping (2-3 business days delivery after dispatch) on all orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU, we charge a flat rate of €15 (4-5 business days delivery after dispatch). We use only the most reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that Keto will not cover any VAT or duties that may be charged outside the EU. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

When it comes to shipping and packaging our products, we‘re still searching for good ways to minimize our carbon footprint, but are not yet satisfied. Meanwhile, the bags used for shipping, all packaging for our webshop and accompanying postcards and envelopes are made of 100% compostable, recycled materials.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Of course we want you to be happy with your item. Therefore, we always give you the opportunity to return the item within 30 days. Send back the item with optional postal service to: KETO SURF, Malzgasse 14/2, 1020 Wien, Austria. If you need help please send us an email at return@keto.surf to receive a packing slip. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The only condition is that the goods will be returned in the original condition, which means that it is not used. Always attach the original packaging and any labels. Normally it takes about two weeks after you have sent your return to us before receiving any reimbursement. If you receive a defective or wrongly supplied product, please contact us as soon as possible. It must be done within 14 days for a wrongly supplied product, and within two months of a claim.
